Conduct research for potential clients and future projects in the area of responsibility.
Approach potential clients (consultants, contractors, real estate developers, etc.) to specify Jacob Delafon products in their projects.
Submit regular reports regarding current sales activities and potential projects.
Keeps close business relation with consultants, architects, contractors, and real estate developers. Develops forecast for projects sales in his area and follows up on timely delivery.
Monitor and report competitors actions in area of responsibility.
• Engineering degree, preferably in Civil or Architecture.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience with builder products preferred.
• Good use of Excel in specific and other MS Office applications in general.
• Fluent English.
