The Service Point Advisor in our office will be responsible for: Serving front counter reception customers and meeting DHL's customer service and express center.
•Receive customers at front counter receptions and process shipments through DHL software. •Ensure all security procedures for all shipments received are followed up.
•Ensure that all shipments arriving at the express center are scanned whether delivered through the front counter or will be Held for Collection.
•Assure all customers receive service, which is prompt, friendly, courteous and helpful.
•Provide customer feedback to others in the organization
•Meet service level and response time objectives
•Meet quality objectives •Perform customer identification
•Perform shipment identification •Record sales leads and operation leads
•Record customer complaints.
•0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.
•Sales awareness .
•Positive enthusiastic and self motivate.
•Accurate and pays attention to detail.
•Ability to work flexible hours.
•Excellent command of the English language.
