Job Description:
●Plan, Develop and implement strategy for The HR Management and development including (recruitment & selection policies practices on boarding & orientation Training & Development, succession planning ...)
●, motivation culture attitudinal development performance management to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development.
●Fully informed with HR objectives, purposes & achievements
●Execute the behavioral interviews for stuff as per selection criteria and company competency frame work
●Develop standard operating procedures for all HR process, benefits, Regulations
●Provide top management with all the necessary data, reports, statistics, relating to HR issues to assist their decision making process.
●Ensure department team compliance to quality management system and actively contribute to relevant continuous improvement programs
Qualifications
● HR post graduate studies is a must
●Excellent command of written & spoken English

Experience: more than 5 years
