Commercial Specialist
First Egyptian Engineering (an outsourcing & recruitment services company located in Mohandseen),
Requires for a multinational Company - in Oil & Gas field (Commercial Specialist) with below Requirements and Skills:
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, G&G, Economics or Commercial/Finance.
- 4-7 year’s industry experience, preferably with good knowledge of economic modelling in different fiscal regimes.
Key Accountabilities:
- Economic assessment of business opportunities
- Using and developing company standards for economic modeling
- Research, data gathering and screening, analysis and evaluation of commercial and business development relevant data in order to provide accurate commercial analysis and business guidance
- Support and participate with commercial advice and analyses in M&A activities
- Support in Long Term Planning and Strategy Development
- Support with commercial advice and analyses in Portfolio Management activities
- Develop and/or support the implementation of business processes for commercial and business development activities
- Structure and present documentation to support Management decision making
- Provides visible and demonstrable HSE leadership and fulfills responsibilities as stated in the Company's HSE policies and related documentation / communications.
- Timely delivery and quality of presentations (verbal & written)
Work Conditions:
- occasional travelling required, variable work schedule
