•Manage all import Customer Service and Cross Trade activities.
•Deliver superior customer experience and providing Customer Service Operations Excellence.
•Ensure the consistent delivery in line within SEAGO Line brand.
•Drive and build strong relationships with customers.
•Review team performance and identify possible areas of improvements through smart objectives.
•Drive overall performance towards continuous improvement opportunities.
•Compliance to internal audit and regulatory bodies.
•Drive Net Promoter Score for customers.
•Follow up on Longstanding.
•Drive Counter performance through smart scorecard measures.
•Achieve detention and demurrage collection targets.
•Liaise with internal and external stakeholders service providers (including other SEAGO Line offices, Maersk Line shared functions such as Operations and Finance, and Global Service Centre) to provide timely delivery/processing of cargo and related processes including invoicing.
