 Trade Marketing Associate Manager - Chipsy for Food Industries Job description
Role:
Leveraging Sales performance by providing high quality Marketing services targeting different trade channels and maintaining synergy with marketing function
Accountabilities: Motivating and maintaining long term relationship with Trade customers to achieve Sales & Marketing Annual Operating Plan (AOP) objectives Planning and executing long term loyalty programs for trade customers to meet or exceed sales objectives supported with all relevant tracking tools to insure quality of program execution Representing sales function in the process of new product launches handling pipeline forecast, recommending packages & price points in cooperation with sales management Enhancing sales team in meeting Sales & Distribution (S&D) objectives of new initiatives through communicating all relevant product information, merchandising and tracking tools through sales rally meetings Planning and executing Marketing calendar of all trade channels. Particularly Organized Trade and Key Accounts inline with Corporate Marketing calendar Improving merchandising performance in different Trade channels through setting merchandising standards and developing innovative merchandising tools that reflect on sales volume and visibility Collecting and analyzing all relevant information about competition and communicate on a timely manner to management to take appropriate actions & decisions: A)activities cross trade channels B)pricing strategy C)innovations Communicate customer ideas when working with marketing to create commercial plans Sign off all promotions in liaison with Marketing & Sales functions as field ready from a customer perspective Working with sales & marketing managers to make recommendations on pricing strategy by trade channel, and package
Skills: Experience in FMCG for a minimum of 4-6 years Marketing background brief experience is required Ability to work Cross Function, ability to communicate and negotiate effectively across all levels and all functions of the organization Innovation skills to work cross markets Strong analytical skills High drive for results and able to deal with uncertainty and complexity High Project management skills Customer Focus (Service to sales concept) Integrity (mutual trust, consistent with company's ethics and values)
