Learning & Digital Manager at Danone

Job description

The Learning & Digital managerunderstands cluster needs/strategic orientations as well as HR market trends, in order to develop effective learning strategies to support his/her clusters’ stakes, leveraging the Group/Region learning strategy. In close relation with the cluster, he/she is in charge of identifying competencies development needs, monitoring IDP process and designing/delivering programs with the most effective mix of learning approaches. He/she works closely with Learning teams at regional level to localize & implement consistent Learning maps & portfolio, leverage expertise & existing solutions, and optimize learning costs.

Responsible for the analysis of Competency Gaps at managerial / cluster level with BP’s. Provision of appropriate learning solutions
Build learning map and learning portfolio, leverage the Danone Academy framework
Lead IDP campaign and ensure completion / quality analysis and follow up alongside the BP’s.
Monitor learning effectiveness
Customize specific programmes if they don’t exist at group level and facilitate when appropriate.
Manage learning providers / develop internal trainers / deliver relevant programmes
Optimize learning costs / manage budget
Work with group representing cluster needs
Thinking partners of OD / BP’s / Talent team with regard to Cluster Coaching Programs / leadership development / external and internal coaches
Own the internal trainers organization at cluster level, managing a group of internal accredited facilitators
