Job Description
Position holder is expected to coordinate and control products uplifting process from our depots and Outside Supply Point (OSP) during a daily operation shift.

1. Coordinate and communicate daily allocated quota back to central team for setting daily dispatching plan
2. Managing all dispatchers to prepare the truck routing and fulfilling the dispatching program with minimum cost.
3. Issue loading documents directed to loading racks attendants (operators) / third party loading points.
4. Ensure that all loaded compartments are well sealed and seal numbers are clearly recorded on the delivery note.
5. Manage/record all dispatched deliveries following agreed procedures on SAP.
6. Supervised the needed data for controlling deliveries through the e-finance system.
7. Control Issue Journey Management Plan (JMP) for each delivery ensuring that it is well understood by driver.
8. Revision for all monthly invoices.
9. Ensure timely and effective monthly reconciliation of (SAP) reports with loading terminals.
