Manage the transportation service ;coordination, logistics ,..etc. Periodically inspect the facility (at least weekly) to insure all areas are kept in a neat, orderly, clean, safe, and efficiently operating condition. Report violation of rules, regulations, policies, and safe practices to the appropriate authorities. Handling all the premises contracts (maintenance contracts, supplying contracts and rent contracts), the process starts with sourcing & negotiating with suppliers till issuing the contract itself in coordination with the legal department.
Qualifications Bachelors degree in any field. 2-3 years of related experience. Very good of computer programs (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Internet. Good communication skills. Accuracy and attention to detail. Sets priorities and meets deadlines. Gender Any Experience 1 - 2 Years. Salary (L.E.)
