Senior Commercial Analyst

Aim of the job:

Main accountabilities:

Oversees daily departmental activities of the financial planning and analysis, forecasting/budgeting/cost department.
Prepares analysis and evaluations of the business' operating results and prepares short- and long-range forecasts for all aspects of the business' operations, including operating and capital budgets.
Plans, allocates, and monitors the work of the coordinators to ensure that analysts and accountants receive the necessary information to aid in reporting or budget and forecast preparation.
Coordinates activities of systems and processes to ensure that everything is in place to report financials timely and accurately.
Makes modifications as necessary. Researches accounting issues that have been escalated and works to resolve any outstanding concerns.
Evaluates performance of staff and provides feedback. Implements continuous improvement activities.
as well as responsible for planing and budgeting process and coordinates between local management and COE
budget control for departmental expenses as well as BME and critical P&L lines
monthly and quarterly forecasts
STT tracking and trend analysis
develop analysis and trends at SKU level
reporting responsibilities in terms of consolidation systems
adhoc reporting

Qualifications

Experience & Style:

Bachelors Degree in business administration with emphasis in accounting
Minimum 5 years experience, worked in a similar position at least for the last two years
Strong knowledge and background on ERP management change, policies and procedures,
Change management experience is an asset
Fluent English (strong spoken and written).
Strong Analytical and conceptual skills
Excellent Communication skills
Strong interpersonal, leadership and teamwork skills
