Sales Coordinator
Job description
Job Description
- coordinates with the customers (Contractors, Traders, Stockiest & End users).
- Follow-ups with the technical department for technical evaluations of enquires.
- Logging all enquires received into the enquiry tracking system.
- Issuing Sales Quotations to the customers against enquires for stock supplies & project business.
- Sending order confirmations to customers & forwarding them to the operation department for processing & execution of orders.
- Coordinating with the shipping department for timely shipments.
- Liaise with customers for payments.
- Promoting companies products to identified and prospective clients
- Prepares Sales Reports;
- Communicates with customers for any clarifications/documentation requirement, etc.
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Sales & Marketing or any other related fields
- 3 Years + working experience in Commercial Support functions such as in marketing, sales of industrial products in Middle East Region
- Good command of English language both verbal and written
- Good team player, and can coordinate and adapt well with other Sales Team Members
