Sales Coordinator

Job description

Job Description
  • coordinates with the customers (Contractors, Traders, Stockiest & End users).
  • Follow-ups with the technical department for technical evaluations of enquires.
  • Logging all enquires received into the enquiry tracking system.
  • Issuing Sales Quotations to the customers against enquires for stock supplies & project business.
  • Sending order confirmations to customers & forwarding them to the operation department for processing & execution of orders.
  • Coordinating with the shipping department for timely shipments.
  • Liaise with customers for payments.
  • Promoting companies products to identified and prospective clients
  • Prepares Sales Reports;
  • Communicates with customers for any clarifications/documentation requirement, etc.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Graduate / Post Graduate in Sales & Marketing or any other related fields
  • 3 Years + working experience in Commercial Support functions such as in marketing, sales of industrial products in Middle East Region
  • Good command of English language both verbal and written
  • Good team player, and can coordinate and adapt well with other Sales Team Members
