Takes care of answering complex queries and transactions related to payroll which could not be solved by the front line support
Responsible for the processes in scope
Provides trainings to front line support in order to increase the first contact resolution rate
Responsible to escalate requests that cannot be resolved directly to the appropriate experts
To guide and become the second reference point for team member (Junior) for HR processes and SAP related queries
Responsible to maintain and sustain the Knowledge Base and Nimbus for countries in scope
Contribute to projects in scope
Responsible to ensure compliance in line with Data Privacy and Protection guidelines and other relevant legislation
Responsible for all payroll actions on SAP system
Contacts the HR in the divisions to receive the payroll data
Interacts with PY outsourcing provider
Documents all necessary communications & approvals required
Responsible for payroll validation and reconciliation by validating all
the payroll re-ceived from outsourced provider before approval by
divisions
Transferring the payroll payments to the Banks
Contacts the finance & bank to issue the checks of resigned & new hires associates
Responsible for payroll & benefits data timely and accurately
delivered to related systems to support implementation of pay &
benefit program
Process the employee salary increases, bonuses, awards, allowances & deductions
Provides data completeness, integrity and accuracy analytics and KPIs
Act as a true team player, working in partnership with all colleagues in the Shared Service Center.
Minimum
requirements BA of relevant academic study, as well as 3-4 years of
experience in running a payroll function and familiar with Egyptian
legislations; SAP background is recommended
Excellent command of spoken and written English
