Job Description:
• Assist Brand Managers in Art Work changes initiated locally or regionally
• Assist Brand Managers in on ground activation; following up with agencies and sending minutes of meetings, attending on ground activations as control especially with promotions and giveaways, and managing on ground logistics
• Assist in monthly digital content with agency and ensure review with managers
• Maintain records of sales volume, revenues, and advertising costs and analyze them against forecasts to identify areas where the sales performance of the product/service needs to be improved.
• Control brand project Advertising & Marketing budget and manage payments for suppliers and tracking of all payments vs. budget
• Managing suppliers of all fields locally, regionally and globally; keeping track of all marketing assets( giveaways and sampling materials…etc) as well as stock level tracking
• Manage issuance and renewal of all marketing contracts
• Handling all contractual free products obligations on a monthly basis and securing delivery to premises
