Office Manager
Job Description:
1. Manages the daily calendar for the executives and coordinates scheduled appointments.
2. Meetings logistics and taking the minutes internally and externally.
3. Maintains and establishes an updated filing system.
4. Ensure security and confidentiality of data.
5. Handles all traveling arrangements internally and for certain external parties; from airline tickets, traveling expenses, hotel reservation & visa.

Qualifications:
1. 10 + years of experience
2. Excellent communication, presentation, and English skills
3. Multitasking
4. Energetic
