Vacancy : Airport Services Manager | Luxor
In this role, you will ensure safe, secure and cost effective QR airport operations at the station to achieve regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and Five-Star customer service. You will liaise with local Airport Handling Management to ensure QR ground handling and customer service standards are met. You will also liaise with Airport Authorities and all Government agencies at the station and present QR at the Airport AOC.
Specific Accountabilities Include
Managing the daily operation and acting as a liaising between airport service providers, government agencies and authorities and senior management
Providing inputs and recommendations to management regarding short and long term service improvements and changes
Acting as a primary contact and liaison person for all areas of the QR airport operation at the assigned station
Performing personnel administration for direct report, including selection, training, performance appraisals, employee development and taking affirmation action as required
Overseeing and supervising employees in direct daily activities to ensure a high standard of service delivery
Ensuring all areas of the QR airport operation are within the planned operating budget

To be effective in this role, you will need a Bachelors Degree or equivalent combined with a minimum of five years of job-related experience. You will have an extensive overall knowledge of the airport environment and must have proven experience in Crisis Management. You will need to be an effective leader with good managerial and coaching skills.
You will need to be fluent (written and spoken) in English to perform this role.
