Planand conductnew employeeorientationtofosterpositiveattitudetoward Companygoals. Keeprecordsofpersonneltransactionssuchashires, romotions,transfer,performancereviews,terminations Respondto inquiriesregardingpolicies,proceduresandprograms.
Conductexit interviewstodeterminereasonsbehindseparation.
Compilesdataand analyzespastandcurrentyeartrainingrequirementstopreparebudgets andjustifyfundsrequested.

Qualifications : 
Minimum of 2years of job-related experience Excellent Command of MS
Office High level of inter personal skills to handle sensitive and confidential
situationsanddocumentation. Ability to operate most standar do ffice
equipment. Attention to detailin composing, typing and proofing
materials, establishing prioritiesand meeting deadlines. Excellent communication skills.
Experience : 1-2Years.
