Sales and Marketing Manager
Job Description
• Settle strategic Marketing Plan and sales operational objectives.
• Forecasting requirements; preparing an annual marketing budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Conducting frequent market survey and analysis of market needs.
• Meets marketing and sales financial objectives to determine annual and gross-profit plans.
• Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new services; analyzing trends and results; assist in establishing pricing strategies; monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
• Identifies marketing opportunities to accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing the settled plan.
• Implementing, and evaluating advertising, contracting with organizations and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
• Researches and recommends events that the company should be involved with either through attendance or sponsorship.
• Supervises the coordination of all activities and logistics for company meeting and events.
• Designs, writes, edits and oversees the production of printed promotional and informational materials, to include brochures, flyers and website.
Job Requirements:
• Egyptian, living in Alexandria.
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Oriented with healthcare trends and business of hospitals marketing.
• Preferred medical background.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse community.
• Knowledge of marketing media and funding sources.
• Knowledge of advertising principles, strategies and techniques.
• Knowledge of advertising requirement pertaining to arrange of media.
• Ability to create, compose and edit written materials.
• Good command on written and spoken English.
• Excellent Computer skills
• Excellent communication skills.
