We are currently hiring
"Customer Service Agents" for CAREEM!
The perfect candidate must speak fluent English (not
good or very good - must be fluent).
S/he must be punctual and responsible.
Qualifications: • Fluency in English is a must
(Language school graduates) • Fresh graduates and experienced personnel are
encouraged to apply. • Experienced in call centers is a plus • Maximum Age: 29.
• Proficiency in using MS Office application • Strong verbal communication
skills • Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude • Punctual and
responsible. Job Details and Benefits: • AVAILABLE START DATE: IMMEDIATELY
(training will start next week)
• Location: 6th of October. • Working Hours:
Rotational (9 hours shift including 1 hour break)
- Last shift for girls ends at 6 PM. • Days Off: 2
days off on rotational basis. • Salary: EGP 2500 NET + Medical and Social
Insurance (Starting from next month) + 20% off all your rides with CAREEM +
other benefits to be shared in the interview.
