Learning and Development Coordinator at EG Bank
Job Description
Conduct TNA (Training Needs Analysis) and contribute in developing annual training plan
Identify targeted trainees for different programs
Outline course structure and write training objectives
Handle different logistics and coordinate training administration with providers
Conduct programs’ opening and supervise class participation
Have participants complete evaluation form and report evaluation results
Follow up on the recommended on-job training
Document completed training on the data base and on the system
Provide regular reports on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
REQUIREMENTS
University graduate (Preferable to have a diploma in management or HR)
Arabic and English proficiency; written and spoken
Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, access)
Preferable to have an understanding of adult learning techniques
0 to 3 years of experience (Preferably in HR)
