 EG BANK IS HIRING : 1) Learning and Development Coordinator RESPONSIBILITIES - Conduct TNA (Training Needs Analysis) and contribute in developing annual training plan - Identify targeted trainees for different programs - Outline course structure and write training objectives - Handle different logistics and coordinate training administration with providers - Conduct programs’ opening and supervise class participation - Have participants complete evaluation form and report evaluation results - Follow up on the recommended on-job training - Document completed training on the data base and on the system - Provide regular reports on monthly, quarterly and annual basis REQUIREMENTS - University graduate (Preferable to have a diploma in management or HR) - Arabic and English proficiency; written and spoken - Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, access) - Preferable to have an understanding of adult learning techniques - 0 to 3 years of experience (Preferably in HR) 2) Administrative Assistant RESPONSIBILITIES - Deals with telephone and email enquiries - Keeps records and arranges appointments - Schedules and attends meetings, creates meeting agendas and takes meeting minutes - Books rooms and meeting facilities - Creates, maintains and manages filing systems and database - Plans and maintains office systems - Performs general office duties to include but not limited to ordering supplies, photocopying, faxing and mailing - Acts as the liaison between the department/division and other departments/division within the bank - Coordinates between different department/units within the department/division - Prepares reports and analysis REQUIREMENTS - University graduate - Arabic and English proficiency, written and spoken - Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - 0 to 2 years of experience 3) Junior Credit Analyst RESPONSIBILITIES - Attract new potential credit clients and retain existing ones - Collect necessary documents for new credit clients - Create credit memorandum for new credit clients - Renew credit packages of existing credit clients - Monitor all the clients’ account transactions, and take the necessary actions when needed - Complete the cycle through which clients are granted their requests, through the coordination with different concerned departments and divisions when needed - Fulfill the clients’ request and solve their problems during the whole credit period REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor Degree in Business Administration - Arabic and English proficiency, written and spoken - Proficient use of MS Office package - Credit Certificate is preferred - 0-1 years of experience
