Enhance Technical Skills of Partners’ Engineers to provide excellence service to Samsung Customers
Early Sensing of Product Quality Issues & Taking Countermeasures
Provide Technical Training for Engineers, CC Agents & Receptionists
Sense Product Quality issues, Execute Rework / Field Test
CE KPIs Management ( C-RRR, LTP, OTF/OTC, IH (D+1), High Value Parts, NDT )
New Model Preparation ( Technical Contents, Training & Parts Recommendation )
Monitor Valuable Parts Usage Ratio (Panel, PBA)
Manage Product Liability Cases ( Investigation & Resolution )
Periodic Visits & Audits to Service Centers to improve KPIs & Internal Processes
Handle Service Development Fund Activities ( Installation Incentive, Uniform, Tool Bags, .. etc )
Defective Parts inspection & DOA/DAP inspection
Product Valuable information Creation & Localization
