Logistics Executive at Al-Futtaim
Job description
We are seeking to hire a Logistics Executive to ensure the flow of merchandise and non-merchandise items to the stores. Your Job responsibilities will be including but not limited to the following:
Duties
Monitoring the shipments in the pipeline and the expected arrival dates at Egypt ports
Ensure the availability of the shipping documents before shipments arrival
Arrange the bank forms and marine insurance certificates
Complete data entry in the tracking sheet
Service providers’ invoices verification as per agreed rates and coordinate with Finance department for smooth
payments to the service providers
Work with the line manager to ensure that targets are achieved (lead time / cost saving)
Follow up the cosmetics registration, customs clearance and final release
