Vacancy : Supply Chain Planning Associate Planner - Chipsy
Job description
Role:
To lead the production planning agenda as well as the material planning agenda to ensure delivery of needed Finished Good timely without any business disruption that may affect the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Accountabilities:
Set daily & weekly production plans and develop delivery schedules of raw and packaging materials
Set balanced need of material requirement with production plan in order to fulfill both export & local market demand to achieve sales AOP targets
Compare daily material's opening stock versus the requirements according to the production plan to develop the material plans based on AOP then share it with sourcing team.
Review daily production attainment for different production lines and analyze the gap between planned and actual volumes in coordination with manufacturing team
Arrange daily production plans according to Raw Materials (RM) stocks in partnership with manufacturing team, sales forecast figures and Finished Goods (FG) stocks.
Issue purchase orders and create new items on SAP.
Create return POs & review POs status monthly and update it till close the redundant ones.
Assist and coordinate with Marketing Department in launching new products.
Send delivery schedules to suppliers & Raw Materials Warehouse (RMWH) team and following up on suppliers to delivery schedules of storage capacity.
Skills:
Preferable B.Sc. in Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain
Excellent command of English Language (written and spoken)
Excellent PC skills (Excel - Word - PowerPoint)
Creative Thinking
Excellent Communication Skills
Leadership and decision making
