IT Technical Support Specialist
About the Job:
-Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organization.
-They may install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person.
-Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
-Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
-Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
-Replacing parts as required.
-Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues in organization Local network and Domain.
Job Requirements :
-Bachelor degree in Communications Engineering or related field
-1-3 years Experience in a similar job.
-Males ONLY.
-A resident of Cairo or 10th of Ramadan.
-Age should be below 30 years.
-Basic knowledge of administrating MS Active Directory.
-Basic knowledge of MS exchange server.
-Strong computer hardware knowledge.
-CCNA Certificate preferred.
-MCSA 2012 Certificate preferred.
