 Training Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain training dashboards that provide key performance indicators (KPIs) that convey the value the training program is creating in support of business objectives.
• Act as a change agent providing the support and mechanism to implement major changes to the operations of the business and provide coaching to leaders and Senior Management as needed. Coordinate with external consultants on current strategic business plan initiatives.
• Assist with the development and delivery of employee onboarding reviewing professional publications;
• Oversee implementation of corporate training programs – logistics, scheduling, materials etc.
• Partner with Leadership team on succession planning and leader development
REQUIREMENTS:-
• Bachelor’s Degree in, Business Administration or equivalent discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training facilitation, coaching, recruiting, succession planning, internal and external communications
• TOT or PCT certified is a plus
• Excellent command of both written and verbal English
• Cairo or Giza Resident nearby “ElMohandseen” is preferred
