Title: Senior Recruitment Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct job analysis and write down the job descriptions for each position
- Prepare job advertisements for the vacant positions
- Use all the necessary sourcing channels to meet the recruitment needs (Freelancer Recruiters, Employment fairs, Social media, Recruitment websites, Internal Sourcing, Head-hunt, Job advertisements, Recruitment agencies. Etc.)
- Gather CVs from the different sources and filter them
- Conduct HR interviews to filter the candidates before sending them to the technical interview
- Evaluate and analyze the performance of the recruitment agencies and the freelancer recruiters
- Evaluate the performance of the different sourcing channels by using different KPIs
- Deliver to the newly hired employees orientation about the organization’s history, policy and structure
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in the HR field
- HR background is a must (Major, course or diploma)
- Excellent user for Microsoft (Word, excel and power point)
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Gender: Male
