About the job:
- Create and update Job Descriptions.
- Create competency models.
- Implement the performance management system.
- Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals.
- Resolve conflict within groups.
- Diagnose potential organizational problem areas.
- Other duties as may assigned.
 
Job Requirements;
- Bsc. in any discipline preferred Pharmacy.
- Must have from 2 to 4 years of experience in OD.
- Giza or 6th of October city residence.
