Sales Manager Egypt & NA

Responsibilities
  • Sales Manager responsible to drive the Partner channel AOP for Egypt , North Africa and Levant  (Drive BMS and GRMS business with partner channels- Sis and OEMs in region)
  • Responsible to drive, coach and manage Sales team, Technical support engineer to exceed Targets in each region.
  • Responsible to drive rigorous MOS (Weekly, Monthly) with team and partner. Partner development, Training and on-boarding in each countries. Additionally support OEM development, product approvals and pricing support.
  • Drive Key account management (Client, end users, Contractors, Consultants) , self and team in each countries with the team  
  • Drive Commercial Excellence objectives, partner program alignment and MOS with partners.
  • Drive Business plan with partners, Training and support needs of partners in the region.
  • Align to Honeywell system and processes, effectively co-ordinate with Technical, marketing and SIOP/ Customer Service functions

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical or Instrumentation & Controls), MBA or Business degree is a plus
  • Sales background preferably with Sales experience in Egypt, North Africa region. 
  • Experience & knowledge of Building Management System and/or Guest Room Management System solutions selling.
  • Experienced with Electrical and Mechanical contractors and consultants in the regions and buying process.
  • Experienced and capable of partner channel management or Direct selling experience with contractor / end users
