The Transversal Delivery Manager is in charge of :
  • Managing Handovers on Operational side
  • Managing Operational Projects (Release and Patch / Refresh / Lifecycle / Capacity / Maintenance)
  • Managing Operational Complex Incident and Crisis
  • Managing Operational platform (TMD activities)
Main activities:
OCB OPS Referent for one or more major Transversal Infrastructure management
Current scope of transversal infrastructures are amongst Storage, Backup, Monitoring, Network, Admin Zones…
  • Close collaboration with related Suppliers, Engineering and Implementation teams
    • Introduce transversal infrastructure to new usage features and suggest their evolution/extension
    • Contribute to capacity management at a cost effective level
    • Help Asset Management team on maintenance contracts with appropriate support coverage and budget allocation/costs
    • Coordinate simple and complex change with multiple stakeholders
    • Manage the Release & Patch Management process with the Operation teams to make sure the infrastructure is up-to-date. Make sure the appropriate CAB are activated and obtain OCB CAB approval.
  • Close collaboration with related Operation teams :
    • Ensure TOO validate implemented projects correctly according to the handover checklist
    • Support & Assist our transversal infrastructures in their service usage (Best practices, configuration, Q&A, help/follow to the incident resolution)
    • Manage either proactive or corrective action plan (SIP)
    • Lead the crisis from the transversal infrastructure perspective to reduce impacts on offers/customers services. This means to be available on 24x7 exceptionally.
    • Resolve blocking point during incidents, crisis or simple request

  • Technical Manager Dedicated (TMD) is involved during the lifecycle of a given platform or customer :
    • He is the main operational and implementation point of contact
    • He can assist the Vertical SDM during technical meeting with the customer
    • He can contribute to pre sales study for extension and refresh program
    • Its aim is to « hide » the technologies and to focus on services Scalability/Availability/Quality

  • Strong Project Management skills with Financial Efficiency spirit
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Strong ITIL KnowledgeTransversal Management and coordination capacity
  • Strong Analysis skills
  • Good knowledge in Network, Virtualization, Storage & Backup Solutions for Cloud Solutions
  • English and French fluent is a plus
  • Good interpersonal, team-build and leadership skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated and determined attitude
