Administrative Assistant, English Access XI Program
Principal Accountabilities:
  • Order and keep an inventory of stationery and supplies requisitions
  • Handle logistics of maintenance of department office equipment
  • Handle reservation of training room equipment
  • Assist in the printing of handouts and preparation of instructional program materials
  • Handle program logistics such as lunch/coffee breaks, meals, and transportation of instructors, students or administrators as needed
  • Assist in preparing and distributing instructional materials
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Meet and greet students/parents and assist them to identify their way around campus
  • Perform any other additional tasks as assigned by the program manager or supervisor
  • Assist in program logistics as needed

Requirements:
Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor degree in a relevant field is required.
Experience: A minimum of four years of administrative experience in educational and/or training settings. Previous experience in foreign-funded projects is an asset.
Skills:
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and activities of self and others
  • Expert user of MS Office, Internet, previous experience of SAP is a plus
