SAFETY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT MANAGER - SALES AND SUPPLY CHAIN
About the job
As a SHE
Manager, you will be doing the following activities:
Establishing and managing a process to measure and report safety performance
across sales and supply chain and sales functions and regularly assess and
develop their performance.
Preparing and submitting a periodical analysis reports highlighting the status
of supply chain and sales safety performance based on a timely audit plan.
Conducting regular risk assessments reviews to sales and supply chain functions
and develop the required procedures and instructions to reduce safety risks
identified.
Acting as the focal point for internal audits and co-ordinate corrective actions
to ensure full regulatory compliance.
Developing and executing HS&E training plan for sales and supply chain and sales
employees
Developing a process to audit and monitor fleet preventative maintenance,
vehicles efficiency, number of accidents, to ensure safe driving & assets
reservation.
Developing sales and supply chain safety KPIs according to WISE methodology that
integrate DANONE KPIs, and ensures that the required data are collected and
reported in a timely manner.
Preparing the required annual sales and supply chain safety CAPEX and OPEX in
order to comply with DANONE WISE safety standards and ensure High safety risks
are mitigated.
Environmental aspect for sales and supply chain functions. Ensure efficient road
to market while minimizing function CO2 emissions. With access to green track
Ensuring safe working environment embedding employee’s well-being.
Inboard outsource and external workforce labor on Danone’s WISE and culture
elements.

About you
To be able to
achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:
Education: Bachelor Degree in any relevant field
Languages required: Excellent Arabic & English – spoken, written and reading.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in the SHE field.
Computer skills: Excellent competency in use of Microsoft Office especially
Excel and Power Point.
