Wealth Management Senior Relationship Manager
Job Purpose
Manage relationships with high net worth clients through fully understanding the client’s circumstances and investment appetite to ensure superior financial management is provided
Key Accountabilities
Sales :Achieve
the financial targets as per wealth Management department strategy, objectives &
products applied and worked on with the relationship managers team
Sales opportunities:
Seizing and utilizing opportunities to cross sell additional products and
services to the existing Clients
Obtaining referrals and approaching them ensuring new opportunities are always
flowing
Priority customers Maintain strong and in depth relationships with priority
customers and refer sales opportunities to Premium Banking team
Customer service Deliver superior high quality customer service, exceeding
satisfaction goals by always responding to customer enquiries and that their
issues are always identified and handled
Customer transactions Support CSRs in customer transactions, ensure transactions
are promptly logged and all appropriate documents are completed and up to date
Education
Bachelor's
Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience
Experience
Minimum of 7 years in a branch role, typically CSR & Sales experience.
Knowledge:
• Advanced knowledge of WM products and services
• Good understanding of WM customer needs
