Description :
Responsible for recording all sort of daily financial transactions and maintain the accounting data
updated & accurate in accordance with the accounting principles applied. Collects, compiles and verifies all the financial information & accounting data received and prepare all the financial reports requested by the direct manager.
Reviews and registers custody on the accounting software. Conducts on daily basis a treasury audit to ensure conformity with the balance of the treasury program.
Review all incoming procurement logs and ensure the validity of all the attachments whether local or imported.
Review the incoming stamped custody & Check requests from the factory.
Writing checks and make sure to send them at the specific time.
Review the sales invoices received from the plant and record them on the accounting software. Follow up checks collection, record them on the accounting software and ensure the customers balance on monthly basis.
Ensure the compliance of all the attachments received and make a close follow up on all financial transactions. Filling of all financial
statements, attachments and documents properly in an easy to access manner.
Update and verify on periodic basis the fixed assets file and make a record including all the current fixed assets with their description.
Qualifications :
• A Bachelor degree in Accounting /Finance.
•Min 1Year of relevant working experience. Preferably in a FMCG.
•Good Command of written and spoken English and Arabic languages
•Proficient in using Ms. Office package
Experience : 1 - 2 Years.
