Executive Secretary


The Arab African Centre for Marketing & Consultancy Services

is recruiting an Executive Secretary to perform the following duties:

1. Answer phones and forward telephone messages
2. Update regularly the telephone directory
3. Responsible for maintaining the filing system
4. Receive, distribute and send the company mail, emails and faxes after presenting it to the director
5. Type letters, memos and reports in English or Arabic
6. Receive guests and direct them to appropriate personnel
7. Prepare agenda and write minutes of the meetings if requested
8. Logistical and travel arrangements such as booking airline tickets, hotel accommodation etc.
9. Following up and keep track of pending issues related to communication requests;
10. Manage petty cash in coordination with accountant
11. Manage office boy & driver
12. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

1. 1-2 years experience in a similar position preferably with donor funded projects;
2. Relevant university degree;
3. Excellent command of English and Arabic both written and spoken;
4. Excellent organizational, interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills;
5. Excellent PC skills, and word processing, desktop publishing, presentation software Database management and spreadsheet applications and internet practice;
Salary: L.E. 1200 – 1500
