Payroll Specialist


-Responsible for payroll implementation Prepares and maintains the master files for salaries and personnel in the payroll system. Makes up monthly integrity reports for reconciliation of monthly payroll compared to the previous month. Collects monthly working statistics ( annual vacations, overtimes, absenteeism, deductions, etc.) for Operations employees and enter to the payroll system. Is in charge of the calculation of their related payments Developing all the needed reports from the payroll. Keeps evidence and draws up monthly the salary expenditures of the company, as well as the fiscal obligations to taxes & social insurance. Responsible for add/remove the employees on a monthly basis according to their states in payroll system. Ensure that gross salaries are matches with approvals. Ensure resigned employees package are calculated correctly. Ensuring that the net payroll totals reconciled with cash disbursements recorded. Revised all changes in any payroll items. Revised overtime, salaries, commission , penalties and deduction Managing Pay Slips distribution for all Dept -Social Insurance, Tax Law -Salaries -BUDGETING & REPORTING Interface with Finance Department

-High Qualification "Bachelor degree in HR & Admin", from 3-5 years of experience, SAP User is preferable and FMCG experience is a must. -Other Skills SAP User is preferable and FMCG experience is a must You have sound report Writing skills Computer skills; sound leadership skills; numerical ; conversion rates skills Compensations Transportation, Mobile and Medical offered
