Customer Service Supervisor at Jotun
Job Description
Supervise and maintain the external & internal customer satisfaction by handling service complaints and/or
Returned Material Authorization (RMA) to meet the customer expectations.
Supervise the Decorative order by fully handling the key customers’ orders, monitor the order handling and invoicing process of his/her team in coordination with Finance, Sales & Supply Chain to maintain accurate data entry, invoicing and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor and follow up on the actual open orders by coordinating with the Production and Distribution
Planning upon the availability/shortage of Finished Goods in order to enhance the delivery performance.
Report the actual backlog status by extracting, analysing and producing periodical reports to the CSD Manager and the Sales department in order to communicate the expected delivery dates for all customers’ orders.
Qualifications
Education level
College / University, Bachelor’s degree

Qualifications
Arabic & English Speaker is a must
4-6 years of experience with relevant background (Supply Chain / Logistics)
Bachelor Degree is a must
Language English Arabic
