- Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects
- Conducts one-on-one review with all sales executives performance
- Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales and reports submitted by sales executives
- Good presentation and problem solving skills
- Minimum 5 years experience in the real estate market
Sales Executives
- Understanding customers needs and helping them discover how our units meet those needs:
- Ability to meet and exceed assigned sales target
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Monitoring and reporting potential competitors activities
- Ensuring effective internal communication within sales, marketing and customer service teams
- Minimum 3 years experience in the real estate market
