Supply Chain Leader

 

This position provides Site Leadership for the Supply chain Teams, incorporating Warehouse, External Supply and Production Planning, and ensures these functions will remain compliant in everything they do, whilst delivering the highest quality products to our patients and remaining financially responsible.

• Member of Site Leadership Team that is responsible for devising Site Strategy, Direction and ensuring alignment with PGS Value proposition of Delivery, Cost and Quality/Compliance.

• Act as a GMP Compliance role model for your areas of responsibility by educating your team and ensuring adherence to PIC/S Guide to Good Manufacturing Practice for Medicinal Products and the Egyptian Code for GMP.
  Overall responsibility for Warehouse, planning, External Supply and  Supply Chain (Supply Planning) in ensuring Batch Documentation i.e. Shop Orders, Forms, Logbooks, is accurate, compliant, completed and reviewed as per Site Quality procedures
  Overall responsibility for ensuring that there are only trained and competent staff operating in Warehouse, planning, External Supply and Supply Chain (Supply Planning)areasOverall responsibility for Warehouse, planning, External Supply in ensuring that all materials and products are produced stored and handled as per Site Quality procedures.Overall responsibility for Warehouse, planning, External Supply in ensuring that the entire facility is maintained to meet GMP, Pfizer Quality Standards and Site Quality procedures
  Overall responsibility for Warehouse, planning, External Supply in ensuring that all equipment and facility is maintained validated and calibrated to meet GMP, Pfizer Quality Standards and Site Quality procedures.
  Overall responsibility to ensure that all systems including E1, SNP and any associated interfaces are maintained and validated to meet GMP, Pfizer Quality Standards and Site Quality procedures.

• Ensure compliance with all legal, statutory and corporate affairs requirements such as and not limited to EHS and corporate compliance.

• Ensure policies and procedures are developed, maintained in accordance with Corporate and regulatory requirements as they relate to GMP and production processes
• Responsible for the Warehouse, planning, External Supply and Supply Chain (Planning) budgets to achieve zero manufacturing variance
• Ensuring that monthly Manufacturing, Packaging and Warehouse targets in Schedule Adherence, Quality/Compliance, Safety and Performance are met.
• Responsible for ensuring that PGS Cairo delivers on external expectations of supplying quality product to the Egyptian market, by way of ensuring that the demand forecast is converted into an achievable production schedule.

• Overall responsibility to ensure the purchase of all raw materials, bulk and packaging materials is undertaken in with site procedures and inventory targets.

• Proactively monitor and manage PGS Cairo’s volume recovery.
• Compliance to all completion timelines such as and not limited to, change requests, actions, documentation updates and training.
• As a Leadership Team member, responsible for ensuring effective prioritization so that time and resources are optimized to support the PGS Cairo Objectives.
• Drive team engagement, effective communication and development of direct reports by being available and present.
• Act as a champion for PGS Fundamental Value Proposition and steward of our OWNT IT! culture
• Ensuring a safe and compliant work area.
