Automation Sales Leader
Experience and Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in communication and electronics engineering
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the sales field
• Experienced in the automation industry, preferably with solutions background, including (DCS, PLC, ESD, SCADA, and Instrumentation, BMS, Fire & Security) solutions
• Past/Current Sectors Experience: (Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Energy, Utility)
• Regional Experience (Africa, GCC) is a plus
• Proven track record in sales or people management
• Proven business acumen in driving growth of “start-up” or “ground floor” businesses
• Skills in areas of planning and holding commercial negotiations
• Excellent verbal/written/presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate at executive management levels internally and externally
• Demonstrated experience in conflict management
• Ability and willingness to travel with typically 50% away from home.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic languages, French is a plus
