HR Senior Specialist
- Supports in building the VIS outsourcing budget.
- Manages VIS/Egypt outsourcing activities budgeting, Hiring administration, Leaves, Payroll, and Discipline Management.
- Manages the outsourcing reward annualreview cycle.
- Manages grievances and disciplinary actions complying with company code of conduct, policies, and regulations for VIS.
- Analyses the violations trends and come up with root cause analysis and recommended resolutions.
