Compound Manager
Compound location : In El Sheikh Zayed
Experience Needed : 3-5 years’ experience in the same job (Compound Manager )
Gender : Male .
Retired Colonel of Army
Working hours : 08 hours per day – 06 Days per week
Salary : Negotiable (8000 L.E : 15000 L.E )
The
Compound Manager position supports and assists in the management of
commercial real estate in accordance with the Management Agreements.
He
is involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations of the property,
including accounting, tenant relations, maintenance and repair,
security, janitorial services, landscaping, snow removal, etc.
Handles tenant complaints and service requests, and must be familiar with the terms of tenant leases.
Job Requirements
• Experience Needed: 3-5 years’ experience in the same job (Habitation/ Residential/ Beach) Compounds
• Retired Colonel of Army
• Very Good knowledge of windows ,Internet and MS Office
• Egyptian Nationality and his history's work is in Egypt.
Required skills:
• Communication, supervisory and presentation skills
• Planning and organizing, and decision-making,
• Problem analysis and problem-solving
