Tecnogroup for oil & gas services is hiring Collection Specialist
Major duties
• Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments
• Contact debtors to arrange debt payoffs
• Keep accurate records and reporting on collection activity
• Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
• Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
• Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
• Process payments and refunds
• Resolve billing and customer credit issues
• Update account status records and collection efforts
• Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree of any relevant discipline
• Proven experience as a Collection / sales Specialist or similar role 1-3 years Max
• Oil & Gas background is plus
• Comfortable working with targets
• Good user for excel
Job location New Cairo
Working days/ hours : Sun- Thu ( 8-4 ) ; 2 days off
Post validity : 1-15 Jan 2018
