Compensation and Benefits Manager
- Conducts benchmarking, gathers data and analyzes current programs.
- Creating and establishing competitive salaries, attractive compensation and benefits systems to retain and motivate employees in a fair and cost effective way.
- Conducting wages & benefits survey within labor market in order to determine competitive wages & benefits to ensure desirable talent attraction and retention.
- Assists in administering the salary program by reviewing, analyzing and setting policy recommendations regarding salary actions associated with pay, adjustments, promotions and new hire salaries.
- Directing and applying of techniques of job analysis, descriptions evaluations and grading.
- Setting all the Company Personnel Budgets such as Salaries Benefits Allowances.
- Set, plan and monitor budget for expats benefits and salaries.
- Introduces, develops and administers employee’s benefits programs. Such as pension plans, medical, health and life insurance.
- Develops, recommends and monitors budget allocations for employees’ benefits.
Job Requirements
Education, Certifications
and Licenses:
- MBA in Business Administration is a plus
- 10 years’ experience in HR or relevant department.
- Minimum 3 years leading a team.
