Compensation and Benefits Manager

  • Conducts benchmarking, gathers data and analyzes current programs.
  • Creating and establishing competitive salaries, attractive compensation and benefits systems to retain and motivate employees in a fair and cost effective way.
  • Conducting wages & benefits survey within labor market in order to determine competitive wages & benefits to ensure desirable talent attraction and retention.
  • Assists in administering the salary program by reviewing, analyzing and setting policy recommendations regarding salary actions associated with pay, adjustments, promotions and new hire salaries.
  • Directing and applying of techniques of job analysis, descriptions evaluations and grading.
  • Setting all the Company Personnel Budgets such as Salaries Benefits Allowances.
  • Set, plan and monitor budget for expats benefits and salaries.
  • Introduces, develops and administers employee’s benefits programs. Such as pension plans, medical, health and life insurance.
  • Develops, recommends and monitors budget allocations for employees’ benefits.
 Job Requirements
Education, Certifications and Licenses:
  • MBA in Business Administration is a plus
Knowledge and Experience:
  • 10 years’ experience in HR or relevant department.
  • Minimum 3 years leading a team.
