Senior CRM Administrator for a Real Estate company
located in Mohandesin, will be responsible for following :
• monitoring surveys and questionnaires on customer experience and satisfaction.
• Constantly monitoring the quality of calls to reduce errors and track operative performance.
• Devises with initiatives to enhance customer experience based on questionnaire results.
• Developing and implementing strategic plans to provide best services across all customer touch points.
• Reviewing the customer satisfaction scores and altering (service ,sales) team to avoide top detractor reasons and increase customer satisfaction.
• Streamline call center processes.
• preparing weekly monthly reports for the management.
