2. Support new store openings.
3. Configure and maintain computers, POS peripherals, handheld terminals and networking equipment in retail stores.
4. Provide first level support to customers’ requests.
2 to 3 years of #helpdesk support experience is a must; experience in POS systems will be a plus.
