1. Pharmacy, Vet, Science background.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in private hospital and institutions business.
3. Solid record of sales performance.
4. High selling and communication skills.
5. Strong interpersonal skills with an understanding of people management – motivation, coaching and development.
6. Commercially astute with strong business acumen.
7. Computer literate including manipulating Excel spread sheets, PowerPoint
8. Risk taking / Judgment / Innovation
