MEP Cost Control Engineer

Description

Responsible for the implementation of a Cost framework within a large real estate developer organization to formulate budgets, monitor actual cost against budget, commitments and prepare and present budget/cost forecasting reports to the management.

Responsible for Cost Management functions as assigned by the cost manager. Projects will include residential, commercial, and various multi use community facilities in large scale urban developments.

Responsible for doing the estimation and budgeting for all MEP disciplines.

Responsible for studying and resolving claims cost related issues and issuing VO's.
Job Skills
-
BA of Engineering / Electromechanical.
-
4-5 years of experience in the same field.
-
Proficient in Microsoft applications.

Good knowledge of contracting procurement processes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Strong analytical, mathematical and problem solving skills.
-
Ability to work independently and as a team member with minimal supervision.
