Presales Consultant
Job DescriptionWorks with the sales team in across industries (Telecommunications, Utilities etc.) on Operation/Business Support Solutions to maximize revenue opportunities and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Conducts discovery meetings to collect, analyze, clarify and document business requirements during the sales cycle to produce a detailed solution proposal.
Prepares the response to RFI/RFP’s compelling answers and proposals that effectively differentiate the company from our competitors, this include technical and commercial competitive proposals fulfilling customer requests.
Participates in technical demonstrations, proof of concepts, and presentations based on client needs.
Builds strong relationship with the customers and the vendors.
Studies new technologies offered by new partners and vendors.
Personal Skills
• Strong ability in handling customers and vendors.
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
Technical Skills
• 4-6 years’ experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer.
• Experience in Telecom and/or Utilities sectors.
• Experience in Operation Support Systems and Business Support Systems (O/BSS).
• Experience in Software Solutions.
• TM Forum (TAM, eTOM, and SID) knowledge is a plus.
