legal department is in need to hire a strong competent English speaker lawyer to join Alex bank team
to perform the below Duties and responsibilities
- Provide the bank's different fnctions and the branches network with legal advice.
- Preparing and Drafting all kind of Agreements.
- Review, Draft and Negotiate Contracts from Legal Point of view.
- Drafting & reviewing documentations of all Credit Facilities & the Retail Legal manual for the Bank.
- Examining complaints and conducting investigations;
- Reviewing and monitoring new and updated legal regulations;
- Participating and assisting in Internal Audits when requested;
- Years of experience 1 - 5 years
