Scope of work:
* Lead the communications unit in developing and managing the organization outreach events
* Manage event planning, from budgeting to contracting to execution, following finance procedures , logistics, and procurement processes
* Work with the communications unit outreach manager and officers to meet technical client event needs and maintain relationships
* Ensure quality event materials
* Manage the organization ’s outreach events calendar and schedule
Qualifications
* More than 5 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or public relations is required.
* Graduates with relevant degrees in the arts, or public relations are required.
* Demonstrated skills in experience management, event planning, event logistics, branding and marketing, or social media management are strongly preferred.
